Get Started Quickly with our Initial Access Program
Just 3 easy steps to beginning Fraser services.
- Call our intake line at 612-767-7222 to schedule your Initial Assessment.
- Meet with a clinician for up to 2.5-hours in 1-2 telehealth visits to receive a broad diagnosis for treatment (Comprehensive Assessment). That diagnosis will be refined and clarified as we work with you. Additional testing may be recommended.*
- Identify the best services for you and develop an individualized treatment plan with your clinician, at your first appointment.**
*If additional testing (Psychological Testing/ Psychological Testing) is required, you will be referred. However, your services can begin in the interim. If you are seeking testing for reasons other than access to Fraser services, we will provide you with external providers who offer testing.
**Many of Fraser services can be accessed via telehealth and include interventions across the lifespan for anxiety, behavioral concerns, depression, inattention and activity level and trauma. We also support families with care coordination trauma and have psychiatry, nursing and substance use professionals to help.
